Meet Our People

Pam is the founder and owner/operator of Virtual Dog Support Services. She is a physical therapist who has lived in Oklahoma and worked with individuals with disabilities professionally for 23 years. Prior to and during that time, she lived and worked with her brother who is on the autism spectrum and is on the developmentally disabilities waiver in Oklahoma.

Her lifelong experience working with individuals with disabilities has not changed her passion for making the lives of these individuals as independent as possible while maintaining safe parameters. That’s why she started Virtual Dog Support Services: to give people autonomy, the dignity to make their own decisions and even mistakes and have the support in place needed to do this with a safety net.

I’m going on my third year working in Oklahoma with developmentally disabled clients and I love helping them enhance their independence.

Hello! I’m Kathleen Concio, your go-to General Virtual Assistant.

At 30 years old, I’m not just a virtual assistant; I’m also a dedicated single mom of an 11-year-old kid.

My journey began in the business process outsourcing industry, where I improved my skills for 8 fruitful years.
Then, I made the leap into the world of virtual assistance, a role I’ve embraced for the past 3 years.

As your VA, I thrive on the importance of communication.
Whether it’s managing phone calls, emails, or chats, I’ve got you covered.

I provide top-notch customer and technical support, ensuring that your clients are in capable hands.

On a personal note, here’s a quirky tidbit about me – I can’t sleep without a mosquito net on my feet! It’s a little quirk that adds some unique flavor to my life.

Back in 2011, I earned my BS in Computer Science, setting the foundation for my career in the digital world.

I care deeply about my customers and my team so I go above and beyond to make sure I’m serving those people.
